A Day in the Life of a Sunny Mountain Daycare Child
Below is a general guideline of the daily schedule/program for your child.
7: 00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.Arrivals and Free Play
8:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Story Time
9:00 a.m.– 9:30 a.m. Morning Snack and Washroom
9:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. Pre-school Program- circle time, songs, art activities, etc. and outdoor play (weather permitting)
11:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.Wash up and lunch
11:30 p.m. - 12:00 p.m.Lunch
12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. toileting and wash up before nap
12:30 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. Nap for those who nap
2:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.Wake up time and put away bedding
2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Afternoon Snack Time
3:00 p.m.. – 4:15 p.m.Group Free Play Activities, outdoor play (weather permitting)
4:15 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.clean-up
4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.Story time
5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.Table Toys
Centre closes at 5:30 p.m. and late fees will apply after 5:30 p.m.
